Mayor of Howell Township, New Jersey on 07/11/2017 was a jewish female named Theresa Berger. 

In light of the despicable crimes committed against me by another jewish female, Denise Rettzo, as described below, I herein state that there is sufficient evidence to warrant probable cause for an investigation into the existence of a criminal conspiracy against me in the State of New Jersey, specifically in the counties of Monmouth, Middlesex, Mercer, Somerset and in all likelihood many more.
