THE 35TH DAY T MINUS ONE SIXTEEN: NOTES ON THE EFFIGY FACE OF THE SAGE

Excerpt from Magicians of the Gods, Hancock, G., on the “Seven Sages” and the survivors of the flood, compared to the seven Rishis of India, or Seven Sages also survivors of a great flood and considered the bearers of high technology and high knowledge that we encounter in effigy here in the woods of Pennsylvania, of the form of a female Hindu form or deity on place of the third-eye, we surmise the traditional North American effigy face is the very best in the form of that seen at link and re-posted below,
The height of this aspect is quite substantial, some feet above the ground on the face of a waterfall, and that must be viewed from a specific platform at which time the effigy reveals itself all of a sudden, and furthermore this face is about twenty feet vertically distant from the base of the Platform of Cleopatra, as we call it, and furthermore still the effigy does have a rather mystical presence and the revelation of the visage does itself shock the observer, all at once under the gaze of the Rishi whose third eye is seen exactly the same by both camera lens and human retina.
